Dr. Grayson Kimball

Grayson Kimball is a Mental Performance Coach in the Boston area and has his own private consulting practice, GTK Sports. For nearly 20 years, he has been conducting private consultations, sport parenting workshops, and mental skills training seminars for a variety of youth sport, high school, recreational, collegiate, professional, and Olympic level athletes/teams. He has been a certified Sport Psychology Consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and a member of the United States Olympic Sport Psychology Registry. Grayson is the Program Coordinator for the Sport Psychology Specialization program at Northcentral University and an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University.

 

Grayson has served as the Head Coach for the Team Brookline Boston Marathon Charity Team for the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Boston Marathon. He has completed 8 marathons and 17 half-marathons, has coached for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Boston Marathon Team, and provides sport psychology coaching for numerous marathon charity programs, including the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge. 

 

A Deadhead of 30 years, Grayson has collected hundreds of live recordings from the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia Band, Allman Brothers Band, and many others. He takes great joy in choosing a particular show or a selection of songs to make every run a grateful run.
