Summer's almost here and the time is right to start training for a marathon or half-marathon. Choosing an appropriate training plan may be dependent on your race day goals. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced running programs all over the internet, in bookstores, etc. Your training plan for your mind should begin and end with a copy of Grateful Running.
